With many years of experience as a Logistical Specialist, Antoniesha's responsibilities include the purchasing of supplies, materials and consumable goods. She is also responsible for timekeeping, accounting, bookkeeping, and the management of procurement activities.
Tequila Yancy, Culinary A.A.S.
Tequila is currently pursuing her Degree in Culinary Arts at Nashville State Community College. She has developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry and its local market dynamics, which makes her an invaluable asset to the success of the business. Leveraging the farm-to-table concept, she will use the freshest ingredients purchased from local farmers and seafood markets.
Tequila’s Upscale is a woman and veteran-owned business that prides itself on serving gourmet, homemade comfort food.
Upscale will offer catering services in the Nashville, Tennessee area, and she is willing to travel!
